Hunters

Hunters are normally humans, but not always (they can be some of the good supernatural creatures also), that know there are evil things in the world among the good and choose to fight that evil. Why they choose to varies as much as the hunters themselves. Some do it to make a difference. Some do it for the fun. Some do it for money.

Hunters normally hunt those creatures that have harmed others. But this is not always the case. Some hunters will hunt down any supernatural creature, good or evil, just cause they hate all nonhuman things or because the money is good.

Just as why they do, how they came to do it varies also. Some are born into a line of hunters. Some have lost someone to the creatures of the night. Some have just seen to many horrible things to just stand by and watch anymore. These are just a few of reasons.

Some hunters hunt alone. Others form partnerships or groups that they work with. In several places through out the states, there are places were hunters can stop and gather information or find jobs. Mysteria has one such place, the hell gate there spitting out things that need taken care of every now and then.

One thing to note about hunters, unless they are a supernatural creature, they are normal humans. They don't have 'Chosen One' powers even if they think what they do is a calling.
